La Maestro

Éliane holds a Bachelor degree in Accounting from HEC Montréal. She has been a member of the Order of Certified General Accountants for over 20 years and is now a member of the Order of Chartered professional accountants, following the merger of all accounting bodies in Canada in 2012.

Prior to joining Les Ensembliers, Éliane worked alongside management teams and financial and fiscal advisors for private companies across multiple industries.

For over 10 years, she served as President of Quali-T-Group Inc and its subsidiaries, a private-owned company operating in the steel industry in Canada and the US.

In 2010, she joined Les Ensembliers. She became a partner in 2013 and now serves as Vice-President.

Éliane restructured the organization, assembled a team of consultants to support Maxime and Richard’s vision, and consolidated the companies. Her efforts helped transform a local business into a unique international organization.

In 2015, her work led Les Ensembliers to be finalists at the EY business awards.

Her experience and wisdom has contributed to structure and secure the different aspects of the group, from international copyrights to local construction law.

Since joining, Éliane’s rigorous discipline has structured a strong organization without losing sight of the creative liberty and organic culture that characterizes Les Ensembliers.
